Charlotte is Head of Production at Subra, where she leads end-to-end manufacturing and process optimisation.
She holds a PhD in Chemometrics from DTU and has more than 20 years of experience leading complex production environments in large Danish energy, healthcare, and biotech companies.
Her valuable combination of analytical optimisation skills and hands-on experience ensures our lean production setup and robustness in growth.
