Poul Erik is Technical Manager of Subra. He leads the establishment of our new production site, overseeing the implementation of conceptual design, infrastructure, facilities, utilities, and the gathering of requirements for new production machinery. With 20+ years of experience in Facility Management at organisations as LEO Pharma (Global Facility Manager lead), Novo Nordisk, and DTU Campus Service, Poul Erik has expertise in change management, performance optimisation, and resource coordination.
